All Account balances on the dan999 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional business days depending on the receiving institution.
dan999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. Players may be requested to submit further documentation during this process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where the Account has an open investigation, pending bonus wagering requirements, or a compliance hold.
dan999 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, for which dan999 accepts no liability.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by dan999 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any portion of the associated balance may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game category are listed within each promotion's terms.
dan999 actively monitors Accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and exploitation of promotional errors or pricing mistakes. Where bonus abuse is identified, dan999 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the Account without prior notice.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game or platform error, or system failure that results in an erroneous game result, incorrect odds display, or unintended payout, dan999 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and restore the Account balance to its state immediately before the error occurred.

dan999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the Player has provided false or misleading information; (d) the Player poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users; or (e) required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the balance held in that Account will be retained by dan999 until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting dan999 customer support via live chat. Before processing a closure request, dan999 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are processed. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the closure date.
Players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 12 months, or indefinitely. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
